1. Operator & jurisdiction

GoKinko (gokinko.com) is operated from San José, Costa Rica under a data-processing corporate registration. Access is restricted to individuals aged 18+ (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).

Excluded jurisdictions: residents of Costa Rica (CR), France (FR), Mainland China (CN) and OFAC-sanctioned countries are blocked from accessing or wagering on GoKinko. Jurisdictions configured for social / entertainment compliance automatically operate in non-cashable Arcade Token mode.

2. Provably fair reel stops

Before any spin, GoKinko commits to a 256-bit server_seed by showing its one-way SHA-256(server_seed) hash in your browser. The seed itself is revealed when you rotate it, so every past spin can be re-computed.

For spin nonce and reel index reel on a strip of length L, the stop is derived from HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed:nonce:reel:attempt) with 32-bit unsigned rejection sampling (limit = 2^32 − (2^32 mod L)), so every stop 0 … L−1 has probability exactly 1 / L with no modulo bias.

Nudge and Hold & Respin. After a losing paid spin the game may offer one of these features. Whether it is offered, and which one, is decided by the same HMAC stream at the virtual reel indices 99 (feature roll, 0–9999 basis points) and 98 (nudge count), so it is fixed by the seeds and nonce before you see the result and cannot be influenced by what you do afterwards. A nudge moves one reel by one symbol; a Hold & Respin keeps the reels you choose and consumes the next nonce for the others, with the held reels forced to their current stops. Free spins never offer these features. Every case is reproducible from the Fairness panel.

Published return. The slot returns about 96% over the long run when the Nudge and Hold & Respin features are used as well as possible, and about 87.7% in the base game without them (see the paytable in the game for the current figures). The maximum win is capped at 500× the bet. Both numbers come from an exact calculation over every reel position, not from a simulation.

3. Deposits, turnover & Arcade Tokens

Real-balance deposits (direct crypto, card / Apple Pay on-ramp, or vouchers) require a 1× wagering turnover on slot machines before withdrawal, to prevent payment-rail abuse.

In Arcade Token mode, winnings are credited only as non-cashable Arcade Tokens which cannot be withdrawn for money and may be exchanged in the Token Shop.
